PROJECT TURNKEY SERVICES

MAYLAN IMSA Development provides a full range of project turnkey services as complete project development solutions to our clients and our own projects for a wide range of industries. The 1st step of the Project Turnkey Services is Project Initiation to start a new project. Project Initiation is a procedural step that defines a project at a high level through a Feasibility Study and Business Plan to demonstrate the project’s business value for the purpose of securing investors and stakeholders.

A Feasibility Study is typically required for larger projects that use significant company resources. A Feasibility Study evaluates whether a project is viable by determining whether the stakeholder(s) have sufficient resources to complete the project, and whether there will be enough return on investment (ROI) to make the project worthwhile.

Once it has been determined that the project is feasible, a Business Plan must be prepared in order to determine the resources and timeline to complete the project. The Business Plan also serves as a tool to track progress as the project is developed, and to predict and plan for potential risks.  Typically a well prepared Business Plan should include Executive Summary, Business Description, Market Analysis and Strategy, Marketing and Sales Plan, Competitive Analysis, Management and Organization Description, Product and Services Description, Operating Plan, Cost Analysis, Financial and Cash Flows Projections.
